BOOKING POLICY

Booking requests made via the website are tentative and will require confirmation.
All new appointments require a $100 non-refundable booking fee of the appointment cost in order to secure the appointment.
Invisible Inks Studio reserves the right to retain the booking fee in the event an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment.
Initial touch up appointments are to be booked within 2 months of the initial appointment, anything over may be regarded as a new appointment and be costed accordingly.

Invisible Ink Studio accepts card payments (1.9% surcharge applies), bank transfers or cash.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If cancellation or rescheduling is made within 48 hours, the booking fee becomes forfeit or up to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 4 hours of the appointment slot will incur a fee of up to 70% of the appointment cost.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive to your appointment without any makeup.
Please avoid alcohol, blood thinners and drinking caffeine prior to your appointment. This can cause bleeding and bad heals, which may potentially make you require extra appointments at your own cost.
For Health and Safety reasons, small children will not be allowed in the treatment room.

LATE ARRIVALS

Due to the nature of our business, it is essential to be on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals mean that your appointment will be shortened, or cancelled and you will be required to pay for the full amount of your booked appointment. Please arrive on time and with all makeup removed to get the most out of your appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATE, PROMOS, MODELS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift certificates, promos and prizes must be redeemed within the expiry date on the certificate.
Gift certificates and prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates are non-transferable without consent from Invisible Ink Studio and resale is prohibited.
Gift certificates, prizes and promos cannot be combined with other vouchers or promos and is not valid with other promos and offers. Some promos are not eligible for use by interstate clients.
48 hours cancellation/reschedule policy applies for all bookings. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours notice prior to the appointment, 50% of the gift certificate amount will be deducted. No shows to an appointment will result in 100% of the gift certificate amount deducted.
Models are not eligible to use promos or gift cards in combination with their service.
