LIP BLUSH
AFTERCARE

INSTRUCTIONS & HEALING PROCESS
Post treatment care contributes to 70 per cent of the treatments success. Following careful instructions will give you the best possible results for your skin type and promote good healing.
Day 1
The area will feel a bit sore and look bright/full of colour. There may be some swelling and minor bruising that only lasts for 1-2 days. To avoid scabbing, wipe the tattoo every hour after your appointment using a wet cotton pad, pat the area dry using a clean tissue and apply aftercare balm. When you wipe, you will see the colour coming off onto the cotton pad, this is normal. You may ice the skin if it feels tender or swollen after the procedure.

NOTE: Use clean cotton pads & water if you run out of the provided wipes
Day 2 - 3
To avoid infection, do not touch the tattoo, kiss (for 2- 3 days) and if you're using masks, regularly change masks (eg. 1 per hour for the first 2 days).
Don't pick the tattoo or excessively wet the lips with any liquid. Keep the tattoo moisturised at all times (using aftercare balm).

If you experience any cold sore symptoms, please advise our studio and see your doctor straight away.
